Community Resources 〰️
We believe that healing happens both in and beyond the therapy room. True wellness means having access to food, safety, community, and joy—and we know that not everyone walks the same path to get there. This page is a living collection of resources we trust, curated with care for our BIPOC communities and all who seek support that honors their full humanity. Whether you need practical assistance, affirming spaces, or immediate crisis care, these are places to start. We're here if you need guidance along the way.
You deserve help that sees you—all of you. These resources are here because you matter.
