¡Hola! My name is Natalia (she/they).

I believe therapy is a radical act of community care—a way to foster a world where we all feel seen, resourced, and empowered. As a Latina immigrant and bilingual therapist, I carry a heart-centered understanding of what it means to seek belonging in a world that doesn’t always make space for us. Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task, and the relationship we build is the most vital part of the work. It is a sacred partnership where we work side-by-side to cultivate a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and safe for you to show up exactly as you are. I welcome every part of the human experience into our sessions— whether we are exploring identity, tending to trauma, or navigating life’s transitions, we will collaborate to build a foundation of trust and repair.

With a decade of experience in mental health and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I practice as an integrative, holistic, and systemic therapist. My work is deeply influenced by EFT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Gottman, and Trauma Informed Care. Because I also serve as a professional DEI consultant, I believe our internal struggles are often tied to the external world. Social justice and cultural humility are my core values; together, we will explore how dynamics of power and privilege have shaped your story. I am especially passionate about supporting bi-cultural and interracial couples, as well as BIPOC individuals and families navigating the complexities of our world today.

Before I was in mental health, I spent my time as an outdoor guide, where I learned to trust the quiet, restorative healing power of the land. My dream is to eventually lead you back to the earth through outdoor therapy groups and retreats. When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually adventuring outside with my husband and dog, leading ceremonies and leaning into feminine energy, finding rhythm to live (usually EDM) music, or gathering people around the kitchen.

We heal in community and authentic connection, and you deserve to feel like you belong. If you are ready to move toward empowerment and peace, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
